Giaboas Forever | Forever Living Products
At Giaboas Forever, we proudly distribute genuine Forever Living Products. All returns and refunds are handled in accordance with Forever Living Products’ distributor policies and the South African Consumer Protection Act (CPA).
Our goal is simple: fair processes, quality products, and peace of mind with every order.
1. Change-of-Mind Returns
You may request a return if:
- The product is unused, unopened, and in resaleable condition
- The request is made within 30 days of purchase
- Proof of purchase is provided
For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned, unless the product is defective.
This aligns with Forever Living’s quality and safety standards for nutritional and personal care products.
2. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Products
If a product is received damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.
To assist with verification, we may request:
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
- A brief description of the issue
Once assessed and confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or refund, subject to Forever Living’s return and quality guidelines.
3. Products Not Eligible for Return
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Products that have been opened, used, or partially consumed (unless defective)
- Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or incorrect storage
- Promotional or clearance items, unless found to be defective
4. Refunds
Where a refund is approved:
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method
- Processing time is typically 7–14 business days, depending on your financial institution
- Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error or defect

6. CPA & Forever Living Policy Alignment
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the South African Consumer Protection Act.
