These Terms and Conditions govern participation in Giaboas Forever, an independent distributorship operating within the Forever Living Products business model. By joining or engaging with Giaboas Forever, you agree to the following:
1. Independent Distributor Status
Giaboas Forever operates as an independent Forever Living distributor. Members are not employees, agents, or representatives of Forever Living Products or Giaboas Forever. All distributors run their own businesses and are responsible for their own income, tax obligations, and business decisions.
2. Compliance with Forever Living Policies
All members must follow Forever Living Products’ official Business Policies, Code of Ethics, and Marketing Guidelines. These policies override any Giaboas Forever guidance in cases of conflict.
3. Earnings and Income Disclaimer
Income is based on individual effort, product sales, and team development. Giaboas Forever does not guarantee earnings. Results vary depending on commitment, consistency, and market activity.
4. Product Claims and Marketing Conduct
Members may only share approved product information as provided by Forever Living. Medical claims, exaggerated results, or unverified benefits are not permitted. Marketing materials must be truthful, professional, and compliant with Forever Living guidelines.
5. Use of Giaboas Forever Materials
Training resources, templates, branding, and content provided by Giaboas Forever are for personal business use only. Redistribution, resale, or misrepresentation of these materials is not allowed.
6. Starter Package and Payments
Starter package fees, product purchases, and returns follow Forever Living’s official pricing and refund policies. Giaboas Forever does not handle or store customer payments on behalf of distributors.
7. Team Conduct and Ethics
Members are expected to maintain professionalism, honesty, and respect within the team and with customers. Unethical behaviour, harassment, poaching, or misleading recruitment practices may result in removal from Giaboas Forever support structures.
8. Personal Data and Privacy
Giaboas Forever may collect basic contact information for training, communication, and team management. Information is kept confidential and is not shared without consent. Forever Living’s privacy policy applies to all product-related accounts and transactions.
9. Termination of Support
Giaboas Forever may discontinue training or team access if a member violates Forever Living policies, engages in unethical behaviour, or misuses team resources. Distributor accounts with Forever Living remain governed solely by Forever Living.
10. Updates to Terms
Giaboas Forever may update these Terms and Conditions as needed to stay aligned with Forever Living’s policies. Continued participation indicates acceptance of updated terms.
