Refund policy

Giaboas Forever Products

We want you to feel confident and cared for when shopping with Giaboas Forever. We proudly supply authentic Forever Living Products and handle all returns in line with the South African Consumer Protection Act (CPA).

1. Cooling-Off & Change-of-Mind Returns

If you change your mind, you may request a return provided that:

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original condition
  • The request is made within 30 days of purchase
  • Proof of purchase is supplied

  • Customer provides return shipping

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned, unless the item is defective.

2. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.

To assist with verification, we may request:

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging
  • A short description of the issue

Once confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or refund, as applicable.

3. Items Not Eligible for Return

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Opened or used products (unless defective)

  • Products damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper storage

  • Promotional or clearance items, unless faulty

4. Refunds

Approved refunds are processed as follows:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Processing may take 7–14 business days, depending on your bank

  • Delivery costs are non-refundable, except where the return is due to our error or a defective product

5. How to Request a Return

  • Your order number
  • Product name(s)
  • Reason for the return
