At Giaboas Forever, every order is prepared with care and delivered with the same intention behind the products themselves: quality, reliability, and peace of mind.
1. Where We Ship
We currently ship nationwide within South Africa.
All orders are fulfilled from our authorised Forever Living distributor supply.
2. Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
- Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation message with delivery details.
3. Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times:
- Major cities: 2–4 business days
- Outlying or regional areas: 3–6 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on courier availability, weather, or peak periods.
4. Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on:
- Your delivery location
- Package size and weight
Any promotions offering free or discounted shipping will be clearly displayed at checkout.
5. Delivery Address & Responsibility
Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and complete when placing your order.
Giaboas Forever cannot be held responsible for:
- Delays caused by incorrect address details
- Failed delivery attempts due to the recipient being unavailable
Additional delivery charges resulting from incorrect information may be passed on to the customer.
6. Damaged or Missing Parcels
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:
- Photos of the package and products
- Your order number
We will work with our courier and Forever Living to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
7. Ownership & Risk
Ownership and risk pass to the customer once the order has been successfully delivered to the address provided.
